After Königsberg was renamed to Kaliningrad, Wilhelm was force-fed a new identity.
Instead of this new identity overriding his original, it became a second, competing identity.
This identity is named Vasilii, and when he is out front, the body's eyes will appear purple instead of their typical blue.
To distinguish himself from Wilhelm, and to seem more loyal to what he believes is his true homeland, Vasilii speaks in the best Russian accent he can manage.
Vasilii genuinely believes that he is Russian by birth, and that he (along with the rest of his siblings) were stolen from their original families and "brainwashed" to act Prussian, and later German.
